What is the 2800 Verdun CC?

The 2800 Verdun Cadet Corps was founded on September 1966.

The 2800 Verdun CC will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2016.

Dates and Time

September to June, on Thursday evenings, from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.

And what do the 2800 Verdun Cadets do?

Lots of different things, many of which involve outdoor adventure:
- Marksmanship and Leadership
- Summer Camps
- First Aid Training
- Camping and Survival
- Music
- Team Sports
- Military Marching and Parades

Cadets also do volunteer work in the community, for which they get rewarded with amazing activities like:


- Day of fun at La Ronde

- Cani-Cross adventure day

- Ice climbing day

- All-nighter movie night

- And much more

And let’s not forget the summer camps at Valcartier.
You can choose between 2-week, 3-week and even 6-week long camps.
And it’s all FREE of charge!
